Aultman MSO utilizes the Allscripts Professional PM Practice Management System (formally Ntierprise), a state-of-the-art Practice Management software system that will improve office functionality and performance. Our Information Systems services include training and installation of the Allscripts Professional PM product, along with on-going software support, on-going training classes, system upgrades/testing, and quarterly User Group Meetings.  As Electronic Health Records (EHR) are becoming more prevalent, Aultman MSO offers the Allscripts Professional EHR  to keep patient records up-to-date and easy retrieval of a patient’s medical history.

No matter what computer system an office uses, if the training and support are not adequate, you are setting your practice up for failure.  Aultman MSO Information Systems Services prides ourselves on our excellent local support and training program.  Not only do we ensure that your system is working at the time of installation, but we are here everyday after installation.  If your staff needs additional training, we offer weekly training classes at our facility, or can make arrangements to come to your practice for individual training sessions.  We don't just train users on how the system works, but how to make the system work best for your practice.  If you encounter problems after installation we are just a phone call away with assistance.
